If you’re considering a move to Woodbury, Minnesota, one of the biggest decisions you’ll face is whether to buy a new construction home or an existing home. With dozens of homes currently available across multiple price points and neighborhoods, buyers have more choices than ever before.
What many people don’t realize, however, is that a significant portion of new construction inventory isn’t even listed on the MLS. In the last 6 months I’ve worked with three different buyers who have purchased new construction in Woodbury, and each of them has gotten a great deal from the builder!

When these incentives are factored into the monthly payment, new construction often becomes far more competitive than buyers initially expect. The last 3 new construction buyers I’ve worked with have gotten phenomenal deals with their new construction home.
